The EKO-KING trailed bio-chopper-mixer is a machine with four augers with opposing flows

The EKO-KING stationary bio-chopper-mixer with electric motor featuring the proven patented “Free Flow Mix” technology, enhanced with robust low-speed rotors, is suitable for processing 3-6 cm diameter branches, green and organic residues and various composting products.

The fixed horizontal stationary models maintain the same excellent features common to the trailed series (the design of the augers and the mixing tank) for a high quality of the mix with the possibility of choosing different sizes of the discharge conveyor and the availability of mounting different electric motors or diesel engines to meet different needs in terms of performance and consumption.

Electric Motor

The versatility, robustness, reliability and minimum noise emissions of the ECOGREEN COMPOSTER, EKO-KING and EKO-SABRE stationary series equipped with electric motor make it ideal for use in any environment, as well as indispensable for composting areas, landfills and industrial installations requiring high hourly output for continuous work cycles, with any type of product.

The transmission can be mechanical or hydrostatic with automatic reverse.

A particularly suitable option for these stations is the hydraulically operated top cover, which eliminates emissions and odours.

Synergy

The perfect synergy between the lower mixing augers and the upper mixing augers ensures a double dynamic horizontal and vertical flow of materials, reducing mixing times and eliminating stoppage points.

The effect is a simultaneous axial and orthogonal mixing of the organic fractions.

Volume reduction

The trailed version is designed for the needs of those who need to reduce the volume of branches and green waste at small and medium-sized sites (private or public gardens and parks).

Road traffic approval may also be provided for this function.

Customisation

These machines can be customised with a wide range of options including discharge conveyors up to 5 m long, rear loader, crane with fork for independent loading of products, double axle, weighing system, diesel engine.
